A moment

2016, Marble 12” x 12” x 12”

A Moment although of short duration may be far more profound than much longer periods of time. In this instance harmony and peace are expressed in a cubic foot of Carrara Marble.
A moment of harmony, the pose comes from a photograph of my mother and father who often had different minds in their relationship , but those differences mean  little in a moment such as this.
